Novellix offers grand literary experiences in a compact format: pocket-sized short stories!

We are an independent, boutique publishing company founded and based in Stockholm, Sweden. Novellix publishes small paperbacks with one short story per book, ideal for a commute or whenever the mood to read strikes. The short stories are sold as singles, or presented in beautifully illustrated gift-boxes curated by theme and content. A box filled with stories is a distinctive and thoughtful gift to both give and receive. Our mission is simple: to provide great quality, accessible literature – perfect for the modern reader.

Our assortment includes over 250 different titles, and since our start in 2011, we have sold over 2 million short stories. In addition to publishing great stories, we also offer a way to showcase literature in the home with stylish and functional bookends designed by industrial designer Jan Landqvist. The bookends are made of recycled steel from Sweden's Gnosjö region and our assortment includes literary icons such as Shakespeare and Virginia Woolf, as well as beloved cultural personalities like Hasse & Tage.
